40+ years ago Albert  (Li,Li)  Ortiz became one of the first innovators of "Aluminum Stamped Concrete".  He started making different tools to do specific jobs and realized that in order to continue he would need to create different designs and more tools.   He knew that real rocks and stones would cost a fortune so he decided to find another way.   As time and different materials passed, Aluminum became the material of choice . It was extremely lightweight, inexpensive, and very plyable. This led to the first aluminum concrete stamp. As time went by so did advances in stamped concrete, but any veteran of the business will tell you, that it was Albert (Li,Li) Ortiz who showed them the way!
